She is survived by: her husband Rex Magaw; her daughter Amber Lynn Magaw; her stepfather Thomas Noecker; her siblings, James Parks, Ricky Noecker and Jennifer Greenlief (CT); her nephew Brett Reed; and her niece Addi Mae Greenlief.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made in Kellie's memory to St. Jude's, The American Heart Association, or the March of Dimes.
