She was predeceased by: her parents, George Williams and Lillian Brogan Williams; her siblings, Isabell Mason, Gary Williams and Billy Williams; and her child Daytonia Hibbert (George Risk).
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Sue Mitchell (Jay) and Hurricane Gina Namay (Elliott) of Charleston; and her ganddaughter Missy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (2837 Main St, Hurricane, WV 25526). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
