It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Kay Simpson of Hurricane, West Virginia, who passed away on July 6, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis Young and Eunice Watkins Young (Sam Simpson); her daughter Carissa Simpson-Averbeck; and her siblings, Peggy Rigney and Danny Young.

She is survived by: her daughter Kindra Simpson (Hannah) of Dunbar.
