He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Whittington and Lilly Whittington. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Samuel Ball and Suzanne Forbes of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Penny Chambers of Gallipolis, OH. and Isaac Forbes; and his sisters, Shirley of St. Albans, Jewell of New Mexico and Roxie of Georgia.
