He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Garrett; and his father-in-law Jim Garrett. He is survived by: his parents, Shirley J Smith of Hurricane and Jim Smith; his siblings, Kathy Nelson, Jerry Smith (Debbie), Robin McCracken (Keith) and Jamie Smith (Sheryl); his mother-in-law Marian Garrett; his children, Josh Smith (Tara), Kelly Sadler (CJ), Andrea Smith and Kyle Smith; and his grandchildren, Delanee, Wyatt Smith, Cameron Sadler and Alivia Sadler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
