She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Harrah; her parents, Jim Meeks and Pauline Meeks; and her brother James Richard "Dick" Meeks. She is survived by: her children, Allen Harrah, Chris Harrah Turner (Robert) and Deby Quick; her grandchildren, Grayson Epperson (Jordan), Abigail Turner, Katherine Turner and Willow Meade; her brother John Meeks (Jennifer); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Meeks, Susan Bennett (Tom) and Fred Harrah (Becky). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
