James M. Tolley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James M. Tolley of Hurricane, West Virginia, born in Dunbar, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis S. Tolley and Zelma M. Withrow; his sister Shirley J. Ranson; and his niece Lynn Ranson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Hodges Tolley; his sons, Brad (Aaron) and Jeff (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jessica and Madison Tolley; and his nieces, Tracy Mangano (Mark) and Lesa Jones (Jim).
