He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Dixon; and his daughter Tracy Plumley. He is survived by: his daughter April Truman of St. Albans; and his sisters, Brenda Poston of Maryland, Charlotte Lemons of Tennessee and Lois Wolfe. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 19 a memorial service will be held at a later date.
