We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2024, at the age of 100, Inez L Bird of Hurricane, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Inez is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Inez's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Sloan and Elva Thornton Sloan; and her grandson Scotty Alford. She is survived by: her children, Keith Alford (Dottie), Roger Johnson and Vio Lawson (Ed). She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
