She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Smith. She is survived by: her children, Ron (Michelle), Stan (Ida), Tony (Jaeda) and Pam (Tony); and her sister Shirley Bush (Junior) of Dayton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and life long friends.
