He is survived by: his children, Robert Rulen (Cristi) of Point Pleasant, WV, Kay Tucker (Jerry) of Hurricane, WV, Donna Belfield (Bruce) of Greenville, SC and Linda Cargill of Hurricane, WV; and his sister Carolyn "Buckles" Hinson of Gallipolis Ferry, WV.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren.
