She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hedrick and Gladys Hedrick; her husband Jerry; her sisters, Carol Gibson of Rupert, WV and Sandy Walkup of Rupert, WV; and her brother-in-law Larry Decker of Wabash, IN..
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Means of Hurricane, Vicki Lyons of Huntington, Richard Jacobs (Jackie) of Hurricane, Randy Jacobs (Natalie) of Ashland, KY and Ronnie Jacobs (Amy) of Hurricane; her grandchildren, Debra Durham (Morrello), Dennis Morrello (Melinda), Lindsey Jacobs (Brennan Williams), Megan Hill (Trevor), Katelyn Coiner (Jacobs), Jonathan, Cody Means, Morgan Jacobs, Brooklyn and Lacey Jacobs; her great grandchildren, RJ, Victoria Durham, Dennis, Daniel Morrello, Kaleigh Mayo, Aubrey, Jacob Coiner, Harper and Charlotte Hill; her pet Dixie; her sister-in-law Judy Decker (Jacobs) of Wabash, IN; her sisters, Ruth Hanson (Dwight) of Crawley and Debbie Deitz of Rupert; her niece Leigh Ann "Annie" Hudson (Jason); her great-nephew Logan; her great-niece Emily of Alderson, WV; and her niece Kim Gangstad of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
