He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Ruth Eggleton; his parents, George Clarence and Maudie Wheeler Eggleton; and his siblings, Beulah Sutphin, Lawrence, John and Cleo Eggleton.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Martin (Jim) of Scott Depot and Mark F. Eggleton (Kim) of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Stacy VanBibber of Charleston, SC, Josh VanBibber of St. Albans, Kristen Racer (Wade) of Hurricane and Lauren Fylling (Zach) of Pikeville, KY; and his sister Betty Blankenship of Marmet.
