He was predeceased by: his father Blaine Burkholder. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann; his wife Cindy; his children, Blake, Alva of Hurricane and Reagan of Hurricane; his brothers, Melvin Burkholder of Parkersburg, Robert Burkholder (Missy) of Sanford, NC and Michael Burkholder of Sanford, NC; his mother-in-law Terri Bond of Hurricane; and his brother-in-law Ryan Bond (Kelly) of Frisco, Texas. He is also survived by special friends and co-workers.
