She was predeceased by: her father Hobart Lacy; her husband Harold Ellis; and her siblings, Charlotte Jane Spence, Billy Joe Lacy and Hobart D. "Sonny" Lacy.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Walker Duryea of Clinton, CT and John Jay Walker of Bidwell, OH.
