With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Ruth Belcher of Hurricane, West Virginia, who passed away on February 15, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Rolfe Kee; and her siblings, Phyllis Gandee, Margaret Kee and Grant Kee. She is survived by: her husband Ira L. Belcher; her daughters, Kendra Burch (Donald) of Waldorf, MD and Trina Stover (Clyde) of Canal Winchester, OH; her granddaughter Kaylin Stover; and her sister Delores Birckhead of Accokeek, MD..

The family suggests memorial donations may be made in her name to: St. John United Methodist Church 4536 Teays Valley Road Scott Depot, WV 25560 or Kanawha Hospice 1606 Kanawha Blvd. West Charleston, WV 25387.
