He is survived by: his wife Judy Meadows; his son David Meadows; his grandchildren, Hannah White (Christopher), Haylee Meadows (Oliver), Andrew Barnett and Tyler Barnett; his great grandchildren, Grayson White, Addisyn Barnett and Niko Lopez; his siblings, Earl and Patty; his sister-in-law Linda Holley (Lon); his nieces, Connie Smith, Barbara Comstock and Lisa Elkins; and also Angie Allawat.
