She is survived by: her stepdaughter Leslie Scott Brown of Dunbar; her stepgrandchildren, Devon and Amiyah Brown of Dunbar, WV; and her siblings, Connie Stewart (Clayton) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV and Richard "Ricky" Bird (Kimmie) of Ohio.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery (130 Academy Dr, Dunbar, WV 25064).
