He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wilcoxen; his foster daughters, Joyce Kelly Johnson and Lois Kelly Hoffman (Ron); his granddaughter Rachel Hoffman Glenn (Chris); his foster children, Leo, Nancy and Sue; his brother Wendell Wilcoxen; his niece Cindy Wilcoxen; his great-nephew Nolan; his brother-in-law C. H. Bird; and his nieces, Denise and Donna.
