He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Harper and Juanita Taylor Harper. He is survived by: his wife Mary Harper; his sons, Ashley Harper (Nikki) and Clayton Harper (Aime); his grandchildren, Bronson, Clyde Harper and Leila Harper; and his brother Larrie Harper (Rebecca).
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests making memorial donations in Clifford's name to his favorite charity, Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
