He was predeceased by: his siblings, Chad Andrew Head and Aleta Wagner; and his parents-in-law, K. Richard and Alice Ash. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ash Head; and his parents, Dan Head and Dottie Head. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
