He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ross Leadmon and Chapman Leadmon of Arizona; his wife Peggy Ann Cline Leadman; and his brother Paul Edgar Leadmon. He is survived by: his children, Belma Diana Leadman Becher (Donald) of Hurricane, WV, Jeannetta Mae Leadman Rutan (Frank) of Red House, WV, Charles Ross Leadman, Jr. (Jeanne) of Hurricane, WV, Howard Andrew Leadman (Claudia) of Hurricane, WV., Jennifer Gail Leadman Fletcher of Hurricane, WV, Stephen Jason Leadman (Frederick Kuehn) of Monroeville, PA and Christina Ann Leadman Rymer (John Curtis) of Hurricane, WV; and his siblings, Peggy Leadmon Gibson, Belma Leadmon Withrow and Donald Leadmon (Connie) of Hurricane, WV. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
