He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Sr. Woods and Hazel Woods (Kearns). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Woods (Priddy); his daughters, Kim Hannan (Mark) of St. Albans, Christi Taylor (Van) of Tega Cay, SC and Lindsey Lewis (Jeremy) of Winfield, WV; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hannan of St. Albans, David Hannan (Katelyn) of Dorchester, MA and Austin Charles Lewis; and his brothers, Donald Woods (Lola) of Barboursville, VA and Daniel Woods (Peggy) of Washington, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
