He is survived by: his sister Polly Marshall of Lima, OH; his daughters, Kelli Estep (Harry) of Barboursville and Katherine Osburn (Jason) of Proctorville; his brother-in-law Jerry Manning (Monna Lou) of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Brooke Welch (Nathan) and Mason Estep (Peggy Rutherford) of Barboursville; and his nieces, Sheila Foster (Dwane) and Shana Montalvo (Ken).
