He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cecil Harrah and Florence Baker Harrah. He is survived by: his wife Gail Meeks Harrah; his children, Charles Allen Jr., Chris Harrah Turner (Robert) and Deby Quick; his grandchildren, Grayson Epperson, Abigail Turner, Katherine Turner and Willow Meade; and his siblings, Fred C. Harrah Jr. (Becky) and Susan Harrah Bennett (Tom). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
