She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard T. Sovine and Thelma Sovine McElroy; her husband Donald Rowsey; her daughter Jan; and her siblings, Marion Howell, Lois White, Denny Wise, Riley Sovine, Doug Wise and Tim Wise.
She is survived by: her children, LaDonna Rowsey of Hurricane and Howard Rowsey (Sharon) of Parkersburg; her granddaughter Courtney Dyer (Shawn) of Hurricane; and her great grandchildren, Greyson, Guy, Knox and Wesley.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forrest Burdette Memorial United Methodist Church (2848 Putnam Ave, Hurricane, WV 25526). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Forrest Burdette United Methodist Church (2848 Putnam Ave, Hurricane, WV 25526). A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Valley View Memorial Park (2466 Main St, Hurricane, WV 25526).
