We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2022, at the age of 94, Bill W. Adkins of Hurricane, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Newman Adkins and Bessie Clark Adkins; his son Robert Wayne Adkins; and his brothers, Newman, Norman, Jack and Jake Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Elizabeth "Betty" Ferguson Adkins; his sons, Bill Douglas Adkins (Alice) of Parkersburg, WV, Bruce Adkins (Debbie) of Fraziers Bottom, WV and David Adkins (Lana) of Murfreesboro, TN; and his sisters, Stella Maynard of Proctorville, OH and Jean Maynard of Proctorville, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
