She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Young (Danny) and Teresa Graham; her stepdaughter Angela Rapp (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Whitney, Wyatt Young, Ryan, Haleigh Rowe and Peyton Vance.
Helping homeless animals was a cause near to Betty's heart, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Putnam County Animal Shelter at 12908 Charleston Rd Red House, WV 25168.
