She is survived by: her children, Aimee Renick of Hurricane and Patrick Adkins (Christie) of Savannah, TN.; her grandchildren, Trey Renick (Felicia), Ethan Renick (Peyton), Emma Renick, Gwyneth Renick, Jack Renick, Nathan Adkins and Katie Adkins; her sister Barbara Hamilton (John); her niece Lori Poe; and her nephew Jake Rose.
