He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Oxley and Garnet Oxley; and his sisters, Madeline Oxley and Lula Bell Oxley. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Oxley; and his children, Deborah Oxley and Bart Oxley of Hurricane.
