It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Bird (Hurricane, West Virginia), who passed away on July 5, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Ray Bird; her sons, Steven Robert and Charles Ray Bird; her grandson Charles Ray Bird II; her great grandchild Shelby Bird; her parents, Samuel Wood and Emma Wood; and her siblings, Romie, Arnold, David Wood, Ada Manning and Icley Sloan.
She is survived by: her daughter Lesa Stout; her grandsons, Matthew Bird and Seth Stout; her great grandchildren, Kody Bird, Colton Bird, Kaden Bird and Bailey Young; and her brother Virgil Wood of Hurricane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
