She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lockard and Hallie Lockard; her son Ty Smith; and her husband Terry Norman Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Smith (Jennifer) and Todd Smith (Jamie) of Maryland; her siblings, Lulu Wilkinson of Hurricane, WV and William Lockard; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla and Jared Smith.
