He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Dean of Portland and Ore (William Dean III); his grandchildren, Katrina Moore (Jadyn) of Genoa, W. Va, Katelyn Baker of Dawsonville and Jaidyn Garlock of Portland; his great grandchildren, Baylee, Aubryona, Elaina, Raelyn and Swayer; and his siblings, Jewell Chambers (Ken) of Tenn and Ronald Dean of Wayne. He is also survived by one great grandchild on the way; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
