He is survived by: his children, William David Arbogast, Jr. and Lori Arbogast Spears; and his grandchildren, Samantha Nicole Arbogast, Jessica Lynn Arbogast, Mark Tyler Arbogast, Lori Jo Arbogast, Andrew Spears, April Fairburn, Ashley Caldwell, Marc Henry and Paige Brooks. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
