He was predeceased by: his parents, Deleno Webb and Evelyn Barkwill Webb; his brothers, Deleno Webb (Pat) and Michael Webb; his nephew Eric Shawn Webb; and his brothers-in-law, Daryl Culp and Steve McGinnis.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jervis Webb; his stepdaughters, Cassandra Chapman (Matt Ingle) of Huntington, WV and Katelyn Carroll (Caleb) of Midland, TX; his siblings, Anne Culp of St. Marys, WV, Alice Johnson of St. Marys, WV, Ginny McGinnis of St. Marys, WV and James "Jim" Webb (Vanda) of Pittsburgh, PA; his sister-in-law Judith Webb of Lavalette, WV; and his grandchildren, Garrett Chapman, Allegheny Carroll and Rio Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
