She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clyde, Mae Hensley Mullins and Denna Clark Workman. She is survived by: her parents, Roy Lee Mullins Sr. and Judith Lynn Mullins; her fiancé Todd Gibbs; her daughters, Ashley Sloan and Tiffany Sloan; her stepdaughter Hallie Gibbs; her sons, Austin Sparks and Douglas Sparks; her stepson Joshua Gibbs; her siblings, Lori Hensley (Billy) and Roy Mullins (Kristin); her grandchildren, Navayah Nakapaahu, Ty'lina Sheffield and Ty'jae Alabi; her stepgrandchild Messiah Gibbs; her nephews, Justin Cooper, Shawn Cooper, Billy Hensley and Clayton Hensley; her niece Makayla Mullins; and her cousins, Roger Bryant (Lisa), Marvin Mullins and Jason Workman. She is also survived by other cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
