He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Francis Axtell Scott and Catherine Elizabeth Tompkins Scott; his wife Jeanne Logan Scott; his son John Andrew Scott; and his grandson Conor Thomas Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Holbrook (John), Thomas Scott, Jr., Elizabeth VanderPloeg (Douglas) and Joseph Scott; his stepchildren, Dain Price (Angela) and Stephanie Wilson (Robert); his grandchildren, Amy Turk, Austin Holbrook, Hayden Holbrook, Jessica Stamper, Jillian Scott, Andrew VanderPloeg, Michael VanderPloeg, Benjamin Scott, Gregory Scott, Braddick Olmack, Thomas Price, Price Wilson and Bennett Wilson; his brother James Elliott Scott (Nina); and his caregivers, Cora Lykins, Sue Brumfield, Jacki Schaffer, Jill Cook and Momin Noor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Francis A.
