It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tammy Lynn Hapney of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Morrison and Hazel Miller (Wray); and her siblings, Lilly Ross, Ella McConnell, Barbara Blevins, Lula White, Paul, Steve, Danny, Mike, Billy and Jack Miller.
She is survived by: her husband David "Dave" Hapney of Huntington; her children, Daniel Lee Hapney (Savannah Arrington) and Ellie of Huntington; her stepdaughter Jamie Marie Hicks (Jeremy) of Huntington; her grandchildren, Ashton, MaKenna Hicks and David Lee Hapney; her siblings, Margie Powers (Russell) of Huntington, Jane Brown of Michigan, Sue Higelmire (Dennis) of Michigan, Freddie Miller (Margaret) of Huntington, Melvin Miller (Vicky) of Huntington and Gary Miller (Angie) of Huntington; and her pet Kilo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Beard Mortuary (3001 3rd Ave, Huntington, WV 25702). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
