Shirley Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arley Louk and Lillian Louk; her husband Calvin Phillips; her brother Arley Louk; and her grandson Derek Turley.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Phillips (Sonya) of Crown City, OH and Christopher Phillips (Terrie) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica (Darryl), Jamie (Heath) and Stacie; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Kerrigan, Nevaeh and Darryl; and her sister Jeanie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669).
