He is survived by: his wife Jill; his daughter Casey Jo Crawford of Barboursville, WV; his sister Cinda Brown (Rodes) of Lexington, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Alex Simpson, Jay Simpson, Railey Testerman, Jimmy Belknap, Jodie Lucas (Belknap), Kelly Espy (Belknap) and Leslie Davis (Belknap).
