He is survived by: his parents, Karen Gibson (Mark) and Robert Harrison Gibson, Jr. (Earline); his wife Doris Gibson; his children, Brittany Renee Gibson (Donald Harris), Robert Lloyd Gibson, Jr. (Constance), Adan Briar and Koby Alan Gibson; his grandchildren, Samara Gibson, Kiara Gibson, Gage Gibson and Laviegha Gibson; and his siblings, Andrea Whitmore (Thomas), Matt Gibson (Patty), Carolyn Rose, Amber Bartram (Nathan) and Krystal Campbell (Kyle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Beard Mortuary (3001 3rd Ave, Huntington, WV 25702). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
