He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Chambers; his son Todd Chambers M. D. (Jane) of Knoxville, TN; his granddaughter Katie Gagel (Justin); his great grandchildren, Chandler, Felicity, Mandy Dunbar (Derek), Kai and Mark Chambers (Kim) of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Zach, Andrew, Beth Galloway (Jim) of Chesapeake, OH, Brooke Galloway and Joseph Galloway (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Jameson, Remi, Annie Galloway and Jack Galloway; his grandchildren, Steve Chambers (April) of Wilmington, NC, Stevie and Scout; his brother Mike Chambers (Ruby) of Shelbyville Ky; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Kirby and Kara. He is also survived by spouses, children, grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
