He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Maynard and Dovie Smith Maynard; his son Jeremy Maynard; his brother Doyle; and his pet Maynard.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Julie Maynard; his children, Larissa Saunders (Casey Staley) of Prichard, WV, Pricilla Maynard of Wayne, WV, Mary Beth Maynard (Josh Ball) of Prichard, WV, Jordin Adkins of Lavalette, WV, Andrew Maynard (Oakley) of Korea and Austin Adkins of Wayne; his siblings, Wilma Lee McCoy (Roy) of Catlettsburg, KY, Cliff Maynard (Bonnie) of Wayne and Gerald Maynard (Janice) of Wayne; his grandchildren, Jack, Chris, Breanna, Megan, Ciarah, Marian, Ariel, Adam, Parker, Riley, Gunner, Savanna and Xavier; and his great grandchild Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
