She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ward and Roma Ward; her husband Eugene Crutchfield; her daughter Nancy Crutchfield Dixon; and her siblings, Charles Ward and Betty Ward Keys.
She is survived by: her son Jack (Kris); her grandchildren, Matthew (Chelsey) and Beth Ann (Jesse Howard); her son-in-law Stan Dixon; her granddaughter Molly Dixon; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Lucy, Abby, MaryLynn and Violet. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the National Scleroderma Foundation, P.O. Box 411533, Boston, MA 02241-1533, a charity that was dear to Peggy's heart after Nancy passed away from Scleroderma.
