She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade K. Davidson and Reba B. Davidson; her husband John R. Mott; her son John "Rob" Mott, II; and her sister Betty D. Harvey.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Mott and Kelly Mott Pearcy (Tom); her daughter-in-law Joyce Mershon; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Grace, Anna, Tommy and Drew; and her great grandchildren, James, Robert, Duncan and Thompson. She is also survived by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made to Fifth Avenue Baptist Church where she was a member for 95 years.
