She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlin Adkins and Myrtle Adkins; her husband Thomas J. Cook; her son Bryan Cook; and her stepsons, Thomas Cook Jr. and Mark Cook.
She is survived by: her grandson Kyle Cook (Katellia) of Culloden, WV; her stepchildren, Hope Burchett (Alan) of Chico, Paul David Cook (Melanie) of North Carolina and Charity Haun of Huntington, WV; and her great grandchildren, Rylee, Addie, Josie and Knox.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Reger Funeral Chapel (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Spring Hill Cemetery (1427 Norway Ave, Huntington, WV 25705).
