It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Cutlip of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on January 27, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Donald Cutlip; her siblings, Opal Milam, Ada Lambert, Delanie Porter, Alberta Frederick, Lois Lambert, Ernest Hawkins Lambert and Naaman Lambert; and her grandson Aaron Keith Maynard.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Laney, Jr. of Huntington, WV, Tammie D. Tallman (Billy) of Washington, WV and Christy L. Long (Craig) of Milton, WV; and her grandchildren, James Edward Laney, III, Josh Laney, Meagan Laney, Erica Benton, Sean Tallman, Brittany Tallman, Shane Bailey, Anna Long and Dakota Long.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Henson and Kitchen Mortuary and Cremation Services (6357 E Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Bethesda Cemetery.
