It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Stephen Greene (Huntington, West Virginia), who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Greene; his grandparents, Jim, Lovevona Greene, Lige and Bessie Smith; and his uncles, Larry Glen Smith, Roger Gene Smith and Rick Greene.

He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his children, Jackson and Macie; his mother Deborah Greene; his brother Chad; his sister-in-law Jennifer Wilkinson; his niece Maddie; his nephews, Dante and Wyatt; his mother-in-law Debbie Cole; his aunt Jackie Smith; and his extended family, Steve, Susanne and Sydney Cole.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Matthew S. Greene Scholarship Fund.
