She was predeceased by: her parents, Kent Drown and Emily Drown (Keyser); her husband Larry Lafon; and her brothers, David Drown, Bill Drown and Terry Drown.
She is survived by: her children, Brian McComas of Huntington and Natalie McComas of Huntington; her grandchildren, Maxwell McComas, Henry McComas and Aaden Dillon; her stepchildren, Aimee Mood of Michigan, Christa Blair of North Carolina and Larry J. Lafon II (Lisa) of Ohio; her brother Allen Drown (Gwynn); and her sisters-in-law, Dawn Drown and Charlene Drown. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, step-great grandson, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Beard Mortuary (3001 3rd Ave, Huntington, WV 25702). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
