She was predeceased by: her parents, Sydney Russell Stephenson and Emma Lucas Gann; her husband Clyde Hensley; her son Roger Franklin Hensley; and her grandson Jason Allen Hensley.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Nicely of Branchland, W. Va, Gwendolyn Kendrick of Huntington, Pamela Hensley of Barboursville, Jerry Hensley (Kathy) of Huntington and Greg Hensley of Huntington. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; four sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson Tiller Funeral Home (10030 WV-152, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
